Faisal Dalvi is the IT Manager and Head of Information Technology at Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP, with over 18 years of experience in IT leadership, infrastructure management, enterprise technology implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's technology strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and technology resources, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems that support the organization's objectives.

 

Mr. Dalvi plays a key role in researching, evaluating, and implementing technology solutions that enhance the firm's operational efficiency, strengthen business processes, and support the effective delivery of professional services. He is actively involved in assessing enterprise software, emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation initiatives, and business solutions that drive innovation and improve organizational performance.

 

His expertise spans the Microsoft technology ecosystem, virtualization technologies, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, cloud and infrastructure management, and technology operations. He also supports the firm's IP research, analytics, and business-critical technology platforms, enabling greater efficiency and informed decision-making.

 

Mr. Dalvi holds an MBA in Data Science & Business Analytics from D. Y. Patil University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai. His blend of technical expertise, analytical capabilities, business acumen, and strategic vision enables him to align technology initiatives with organizational goals while delivering measurable business value and operational excellence.
