Graduated from K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce & Economics in 1995 & M.Com in Business Management , & Economics in 1997, followed by LL.B. form K.C. Law College, Churchgate, in 2000, and LL.M in Commercial Laws- I&II [Contract, Company Law, International Business Transaction, etc.], University of Bombay /Mumbai, in 2006.

 

Have been in practicing lawyer in the High Court of Bombay with 22+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Law and related matters.

 

Specializing in Intellectual Property Law matters (trademarks, copyright, patents & designs, geographical indications, etc., Drafting, filing & prosecution of IPR & related matters with the respective IP branch Offices and then also in the High Court at Bombay. Learnt filing and prosecution of Patent Convention & PCT Applications (patent co-operation treaty under WIPO) for Indian and foreign nationals in India and abroad (with designated states) followed by Drafting, filing & prosecution of application for trademarks, copyrights & Designs before the appropriate authorities.
