Mr. Atif Sayyed is an Associate in the Litigation team at Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP, specialising in intellectual property rights disputes. He is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

 

Mr. Sayyed advises and represents both domestic and international clients, formulating efficient strategies to resolve a wide range of commercial disputes. He has extensive experience appearing before various courts and forums in India, including the Bombay, Delhi, and Madras High Courts. His core practice areas include trade mark, copyright, and design infringement, as well as defamation, media law, and proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

 

Before joining Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP in 2024, Mr. Sayyed worked with a boutique Mumbai-based firm in its Intellectual Property team practicing Litigation and Prosecution.
