Prathiba Rajan is an Advocate and Senior Associate at Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP.

 

Her practice areas include Trade Marks, Copyrights and other IP related matters. Her experience includes trademark & copyright filing, trademark oppositions and trademark prosecution. As an IP Associate, she has been actively engaged in providing legal advice to an array of clientele ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations alike on strategies to develop, protect and enforce their trademark rights as well as registering and enforcing copyrights.

 

Prathiba holds a BA LLB (Hons) from Tamil Nadu National Law School, Tiruchirappalli. She is registered with the Bar Council of India. She has also completed an Advanced course on Trademarks, Designs and Geographical indications and General course on Intellectual property rights from WIPO Academy.
