Profile

Ms. Preeta Panthaki practises as a Senior Associate in the Litigation team, with a focus on intellectual property rights disputes and commercial dispute resolution. She is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

 

Ms. Panthaki holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

 

Ms. Panthaki assists and advises clients, both foreign and Indian in developing efficient and effective strategy to resolve varied commercial disputes. She has extensive experience in handling disputes before various courts and forums in India, including the Bombay High Court and Delhi High Court. Her practice area primarily includes matters related to trademark and copyright infringement, comparative advertising, contractual disputes, defamation, media law, testamentary law and insolvency law.

 

Prior to joining Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP in 2022, Ms. Panthaki has worked in the dispute resolution teams of nationally reputed law firms based in Mumbai.
